Responsibilities include resolving incidents escalated from Level 2 support,  proactively managing the performance of the virtual hosting platforms in scope, and providing problem information reports as required.

Qualifications

    6-8 years’ experience in Data Centre technologies, including 4-5 years experience with server virtualisation technologies
    VMware vSphere/ESXi
    Cisco UCS
    Experience in technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
